Discuss Your Project
Whether you're extending, renovating or rethinking your living space, the right design can make all the difference.
At Patten Renovation & Building Specialists, we understand how architectural ideas translate into real building projects. By considering design and construction together, we can help you make informed decisions from the outset.
We collaborate with Jack at Swell Architecture, an independent architectural design specialist, to help homeowners explore layouts, drawings and planning requirements before construction begins.
A considered approach to design, supported by the practical knowledge needed to bring your plans to life.
Whether you're extending your home or planning a substantial renovation, good preparation makes all the difference. Here's how the early stages of your project can come together.
We start with your ideas, the way you use your home and what you'd like to change. Together, we can explore the possibilities, practical considerations and next steps.
Working with Jack at Swell Architecture, your ideas can be developed into considered layouts and architectural drawings, with attention to both design and buildability.
Where required, the next stage involves planning applications, technical information and building regulations considerations, helping prepare the project for construction.
