The Dinah N project was a complete six-room refurbishment designed to improve layout, flow, and modern functionality throughout the home. Works included structural wall changes and knock-throughs, allowing the creation of a new walk-in dressing room and ensuite in place of a spare bedroom.

The main bathroom was fully refurbished with marble tiling, upgraded fixtures, and a timeless, luxurious finish. Plumbing across the property was renewed, and a full electrical rewire introduced modern lighting, fittings, and clever night-lighting installed within the walls for an ambient glow.

The master bedroom was redesigned with replastered walls, a new window installation, custom carpentry, and a bespoke wardrobe system with internal lighting. Pocket doors, new oak doors and furniture, and full decoration completed the space.

Across the home, new carpets and LVT flooring created cohesion, while the hallway and staircase received upgraded borders and a bespoke oak handrail system.
